When you join Stem Spires Consulting, you will receive a one-on-one consultation with one of our expert consultants. During this meeting, we will address your needs and goals for the implementation period. Subsequently, you will be paired with one of our Consultant Managers and their teams, with whom you will continue to work for approximately six to seven weeks. Beyond the initial six-week period, we maintain ongoing communication to offer continued assistance whenever needed. Even after completing the initial six to seven weeks, you can re-sign with our services at any time should you require further support.
